Benediktiner beer is produced according to a special recipe for brewing beer that was very common in the “Attell” monastery in the German region of Bavaria. This brewery was founded in the monastery in 1609 and it produced the beer according to the recipe brewed by the Benedictine monks. Excellent quality of water from the Alps and quality wheat combined together for a quality production of beer that characterizes the healthy living area of the Bavarian region. Benedictiner Brewery was added to the Bitburger Beer Corporation in 2011 due to an increase in global demand for wheat beer, which is intensifying to this day and has been selected by it as an excellent wheat beer, thus completing the basket of products it distributes. The beer is also massively used around the world and since it could not produce a large quantity for export purposes it is a company of the “Bitburger” corporation which provides a solution to this issue. The beer is produced according to the secret and original recipe as they were brewed in the monastery and of course with the highest quality ingredients without compromise. The quality of the yeast in the “Attell” area has been known around the world for many years. Benedictine wheat beer is soft and delicious with a fresh cloud of yeast and a yellow / gold hue. It has an aroma of banana fruit and is very balanced with a wonderful, fruity and refreshing taste. The beer contains 5.4% alcohol and the content of the bottle is 500 ml.
