A classic "Malachi" arak
In a pastoral valley, around the southern Mesopotamia region, a Sumerian family engaged in the production of the first produced arak in barrels. During the process of aging the arak, the “intoxicating” smell, which carried to the thin air above the valley, attracted the angels of heaven who could not resist the temptation. The angels descended and settled on the barrels of the arak and became an integral part of the refining process, a touch that created the drink for the angels. Without the touch, it wouldn’t have been a “Malachi” Arak.

XENTA ABSENTA DISTILLED
Produced from the warm wood plant by a special distillation process of the plant. During the blanching the absent has a green coulor but after the distillation it changes to a white clear coulor as the anis liquor.
