"Louis De Sacy Brut" Champagne
Louis De Sacy Champagne Winery is a family winery founded in 1633 and passed down from generation to generation to this day. The winery has adapted itself over time to all the modern developments that have taken place in the field and has been defined by the French Wine Council as one of the leading champagne producers in the field. This quality champagne has won many medals in various tasting competitions and 55% of all production is destined for export around the world. This champagne was chosen by the German airline Lufthansa to be the champagne served in the business classes. Due to the demand for quality “kosher” champagne throughout the world, the winery produces it under the supervision of the Chief Rabbi of Paris and the Assyrian Chief Rabbinate of Israel. 5% of the total production is kosher champagne for Passover and all year round (Dina is legally brewed wine) The champagne is in 2 types: Brut – Grand Cru white. – Kosher for Passover and all year round (“cooked”).
