Yitzhak Ram Cabernet Sauvignon, grown in the heart of the Judean Hills at an altitude of about 900 meters. Dark red color, full and round body. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. It has an Israeli character and expresses how the Cabernet grows on this ancient biblical Canaanite soil. The fruitiness is both unripe and ripe, with flavors of ripe blueberries and raspberries, spiced with aromatic spices, chocolate, black pepper, and dominant oak aromas.
