Yitzhak Ram Cabernet Franc

Yitzhak Ram, Cabernet Franc, grown in the heart of the Judean Hills at an altitude of about 900 meters. Deep red color, full-bodied, aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. It has a classic, rich, fruity, spicy, and herbaceous character. Ripe and unripe fruitiness of blueberries and berries, sweet and spicy spices, black pepper, green pepper, coffee, vanilla, and herbaceousness expressing the ancient Canaanite soil on which it grew. The wine has the potential for long-term aging.
