A 30-year-old edition representing an exceptional expression of Speyside single malt, personally selected by Fred Laing from the most treasured depths of the family’s vaults at its peak of perfection. This luxurious whisky was aged for 30 years and bottled from a single cask.
It features an aroma of roasted coffee with citrus nuances alongside grain notes. On the palate, glazed apples and pears in syrup emerge. The finish is reminiscent of crème brûlée, intertwined with sweet spices that appear in the later stages.
