The representative of the Scottish Lowlands. A blended malt showcasing a light, fresh, and vibrant style. On the nose, it is very fresh and barley-forward, with dominant citrus aromas (lemon and lime), floral notes, and a clear herbal character. Hints of freshly cut grass, green apples, and a touch of vanilla cream are also present.On the palate, sweetness coats the mouth with flavours of sugar and caramelised lemon peel, along with ripe peaches. The sweetness is balanced by spicy thyme, white pepper, and a hint of ginger.The finish is short to medium, in a cereal-driven style, with lingering notes of herbal spice, almonds, cut grass, and burnt sugar. It is non-chill filtered and contains no added colour.
