It presents a distinguished and refined Scarabus profile, where sweet Islay peat smoke is layered with added complexity. Gently smoky on the nose, with hints of new leather and toasted brioche that evolve over time. The palate reveals notes of caramel syrup, vanilla, light peat smoke, and crushed black pepper, leading to a finish of sweet peat with a touch of floral freshness.
