“Small Batch” edition of Scallywag is a blend of single malts from the Speyside region in Scotland, matured exclusively in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks.
It shows intense aromas of dark chocolate, cocoa, and mocha, often described as having a coffee bean depth. These are balanced with sweet notes of berries and dried fruits. The body is thick and velvety, with subtle hints of toasted oak, cinnamon, and nutmeg adding a complex spicy layer.
It is non-chill filtered and contains no added colour.
