Pardes wine, made from 100% Merlot grapes grown in the heart of the Judean Hills. Bordeaux red color, round, full, and complex body. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. The wine is fruity with a tart-sweet flavor, with tastes of ripe plums, ripe cherries, blueberries, and cranberries. Spices include vanilla, tobacco, leather, and earth, combined with aromas of orchard, field, and grass. The wine is dry, with dominant tannins, heavy, with low sweetness and balanced acidity.
