KinGlassie Fife Single Malt Scotch Whisky 8YO 46.3%

This whisky is dedicated entirely to the distillery’s experimentation with peated malted barley. KinGlassie is distilled for just two weeks each December, reflecting the distillery’s commitment to using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

The Raw edition, first released in 2025 as an 8-year-old Whisky, represents the whisky in its purest form: bottled at 46.3% ABV, non-chill filtered, natural colour, and matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks.

Nose: Powerful bonfire smoke, yet distinctly non-maritime. Sweet vanilla, fresh lemon, and a sophisticated burnt-rubber note combine to create the signature character of InchDairnie’s spirit.

Palate: Rich and exceptionally creamy. The smoke takes center stage at first, gradually giving way to notes of caramel, underripe orchard fruit, and green spices.

Finish: Long and lingering, with ashy notes complemented by hints of roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate.
