In this edition, the spirit is finished for just under a year in Madeira casks using the Canteiro method—the casks absorb and impart intense aromas and flavors developed through the heat and tropical climate of their original environment. Aroma: Rich in raisins, mango, pineapple, orange zest, and marmalade. Palate: Light and vibrant, with notes of raisins, dark cherry, and plum, alongside vanilla and grains, and a touch of black pepper spice with gentle sweetness. Finish: Dark fruits, oak spices, and a light nuttiness.
