This unique wine was personally selected while still in barrels by a store owner in New York after his visit to the winery to choose the flagship wine for his store. The wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Hebron region at an altitude of about 1000 meters. The grapes were handpicked and underwent a long fermentation process under cool conditions in small fermentation tanks, allowing for maximum extraction of polyphenols. The wine was aged for 20 months in French oak barrels. After bottling, the wine was aged for 36 months in the bottle before being marketed. The wine is balanced, soft, with a rich body and lush aromas of cherry, chocolate, black pepper, and a pleasant finish of aromatic spices.
