Romate Jerez Brandy is a brandy produced from local wine (grapes that were grown, harvested, pressed, and fermented only in Jerez) and aged in sherry barrels. Romate, the family’s young brandy, is aged using the traditional solera method. It is aged in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels for an average of 8 years. Its color is dark, with aromas of coffee and citrus peels. It has a wonderful and delicate fragrance.
